LMS Implementation Specialist

The Role:
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Implementation Specialist is responsible for building relationships and providing excellent customer service to customers interested in implementing CPI’s online courses into their LMS. This role will act as the main contact while actively working through the implementation process, supporting the customer with any issues or questions that arise. This role will also serve as a liaison to sales and Technology Services, tracking the usage of CPI online courses across a variety of platforms and disabling access as needed. In addition, this role will assist with the administration of the CPI LMS, including adding and updating eLearning course files as needed.
What You Get To Do Everyday:
- Assist customers through various LMS course implementation processes (Dispatch, HealthStream, and others).
- Track customer implementations and maintain access levels.
- Assist the Sales team with questions on the implementation process and LMS compatibility.
- Partner with Technology Services and Revenue Operations in creating and maintaining seat reporting for dispatch, HealthStream, and other third-party LMS clients.
- Partner with Technology Services and Revenue Operations teams to track course usage and disable access as needed.
- Maintain Xyleme libraries with the most up-to-date CPI online courses for use by dispatch customers and on the CPI LMS (CPI Learning).
- Manage loading and change management of all CPI Learning online courses.
- Assist in the creation and testing of eLearning courses.
- Test and identify eLearning course issues relating to design, usability, and continuity.
- Provide support to customers and internal CPI staff with LMS and eLearning questions and issues.
- Serve as a resource for those who support CPI’s LMS and customers who utilize CPI’s eLearning courses.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Three years or more of experience working with an LMS
- Working knowledge of Xyleme libraries and learning management systems
- Experience working with Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
- Ability to successfully communicate multiple levels of technical understanding
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as actively contributing to project
teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills
