The Role:
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in onboarding CPI customers interested in utilizing CPI’s eLearning courses within their own LMS platforms. This role will act as the primary contact for customers while actively working through the implementation process, supporting the customer with any issues or questions. This role will also serve as a liaison to sales and Technology Services, tracking the usage of CPI online courses across various platforms and restricting access as needed. In addition, this role will act as an LMS administrator and junior eLearning developer by adding, testing, and updating eLearning course files as required.
What You Get To Do Everyday:
- Assist customers through various LMS course implementation processes (Dispatch, HealthStream, and others).
- Track customer implementations and maintain access levels.
- Assist the Sales team with questions about the implementation process of eLearning course functionality and LMS compatibility.
- Partner with Technology Services and Revenue Operations teams to track course usage and disable access as needed.
- Maintain course libraries with the most up-to-date CPI online courses for use by dispatch customers and on the CPI LMS (CPI Learning).
- Test and identify eLearning course issues relating to design, usability, and continuity.
- Identify and perform ongoing course maintenance as necessary and under the guidance of the eLearning Technical Manager.
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Three years or more of work experience with an LMS platform
- Ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of technical understanding
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as actively contributing to a project
team - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
