The Role:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identifying the customer needs and the larger business objectives that the product will solve. This role will drive product innovation, revenue growth, and customer adoption by leading a collaborative process and organizing teams to design, execute, and successfully launch CPI programs and products. The Senior Product Manager will also articulate the product vision, define what success looks like, and lead the team to the successful development and launch of the product.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Develop and manage the overall business plan, build the profit and loss (P & L) Statement, drive revenue, and oversee the successful design, commercial viability, and successful launch of the program or product.
  • Use financial acumen and analytical skills to review data, make recommendations, and drive the development of new and existing products from a vision to a successful launch.
  • Collaborate with Market Research Team to understand customer/user needs, identify unmet needs, and lead discussions with key stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful programs and products.
  • Serve as the authority on the content that makes up the product (CPI training courses), know and understand all facets of the product, and contribute to detailed and thorough reviews of the content.
  • Lead, design, and execute the initial visioning workshop to kick off the development of a new product or program.
  • Build solid relationships with product, marketing, technology services, sales, and training teams to ensure the success of the portfolio throughout the product life cycle.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Seven years or more experience developing and executing product or project plans in a corporate setting
  • Experience in creating and delivering eLearning, blended learning, and classroom training courses in a corporate setting
  • Experience working as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner
  • Experience defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong, proactive communicator with the ability to adapt style when presenting to C-suite or frontline workers
  • Communicates direction without ambiguity in both verbal and written communications
  • Skilled at bringing together diverse and different opinions, driving agreement on direction to move multiple programs and cross-functional activities forward
  • Solid financial acumen
  • Ability to find opportunities to improve products and processes and executes on those opportunities
